Our UNDA Induction Program is designed to provide new employees with a comprehensive introduction to the University’s vision, strategy, culture and ways of working. Our aim is to ensure a smooth transition into your new role and to help you feel supported and engaged from day one.

From the initial welcome and introductions to the set-up of workspaces and on-the-job training, your manager will ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in your role.

Essential Learning training modules

Our Essential Learning training modules are essential for all new employees to complete. They cover a range of important topics, such as workplace health & safety, equity and diversity, cyber security and modern slavery, to ensure you are well informed and equipped to perform your role effectively. These online modules are designed to be flexible and accessible, allowing you to complete them at their own pace within the first few weeks of employment.

Welcome to UNDA Orientation session

We are excited to announce that our "Welcome to UNDA" orientation session will be launching soon! This session will provide you with a warm introduction to our University’s history, structure, culture, vision and community. It’s an opportunity for you to connect with other new employees, learn about the University’s Objects, and discover how you can contribute to our vibrant University environment.
