  • Who can submit a legal request?

    Legal requests will only be accept from a Head of School / Director or above.

  • How long does a legal review take?

    Generally, the Legal team will aim to have your agreement reviewed within 10 business working days (at certain peak times the turnaround period may extend to 15 business working days).

  • I have received legal advice from Legal what happens now?

    The Office or School responsible for the legal agreement must ensure all other approvals are obtained prior to sending the agreement and accompanied documentation to the authorised signatory under the University’s Delegations Schedule.

  • What should I do with the agreement now that it has been signed by parties?

    Please return a fully executed original copy of the legal agreement to the legal team at legal@nd.edu.au, retain a copy for your records and, if the agreement has been reviewed by Finance, a copy should be returned to the Finance Office.
