The University of Notre Dame Australia is open and welcoming to the local community. Our buildings and facilities are available for hire to host conferences, meetings, and special events.

We are dedicated to contributing to the city's development, and one of the ways we do this is by providing both our historic and contemporary venues for corporate events and conferences.

Contact our Venue Coordinator to discuss the possibility of venue hire as we welcome all enquiries.

Lecture theatres, courtyards and halls up to 350 guests, ideal for large events.

Conference, meeting and tutorial rooms all equipped with audio visual and presentation facilities.

Courthouses equipped with cutting-edge technology, the Moot Court is designed to function in a variety of modes.

Churches and chapels available for weddings or other Catholic Sacramental Celebrations.

Weddings and sacramental celebrations

Our venues, courtyards, and halls are open to members of the community for hosting wedding receptions. We can provide a unique wedding reception location that suits your preferences, whether a grand celebration or an intimate gathering.

You can choose between a large historical warehouse setting or a small, beautiful courtyard. Our churches and chapels are also available to host weddings or other Catholic sacramental celebrations.

Event services and support

Catering

The University is pleased to collaborate with your catering service provider. When reserving our venues, kindly ensure that you arrange for your own refreshments, catering, and any other necessary items such as glasses, tables, tablecloths, signage, etc.
If you encounter any challenges in finding suitable catering, the Venue Coordinator may provide you with a list of available vendors.
AV equipment

All classrooms and lecture theatres are equipped with audio-visual equipment to facilitate your event. Our lecture theatre facilities include data projectors and screens, sound facilities, microphones, and whiteboards.
If you require any portable devices such as wireless microphones, lecture capture devices, data projectors, and screens, you can easily hire them. IT and audio vidual support may be provided for large events to assist connecting to the WiFi and audio visual equipment.
You can contact the Venue Coordinator for further details about equipment available in individual rooms or to make a booking.

To gain access to the building, please contact the security office as they will be responsible for opening and monitoring the venues to maintain building security.
